This page sets out the organisational structure of the Stroud & District Citizens Advice Bureau.

The Bureau is run on a day to day basis by the Bureau Manager, Adam Cain. He reports to the Trustee Board.

The Trustee Board (also called the Board of Directors) are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Bureau and satisfying itself that it is being well run. The Board is led by its Chair, Peter Rowe. It has two main sub-committees - the Staff and Strategy Committee, and the Public Relations & Fund Raising Committee. The Board comprises of a number of individuals elected at the Annual General Meeting, and a number of nominees from Stroud District Council, Gloucester County Council, local Town and parish councils. It typically meets every two months.

The Bureau Manager is supported by seven part-time paid staff. They are: Advice Services Manager, Welfare Rights Manager, Money Advice Manager, Guidance Tutor, Money Advice Caseworker/Supervisor, Money Advice Caseworker, and an Administration Officer.

There are some thirty five trained advisors who are all volunteers.

There an IT volunteer and a number of receptionists and clerical volunteers. All the volunteers are part-time.
