How it works
There are two ways of obtaining advice.
You can either telephone us, or you can come to a drop-in session.
In both cases you will talk to a trained advisor who will make use of
information from a regularly updated electronic database so that you have up-to-date
information on which you can base your decisions.Telephone calls are answered in queue order. For opening times for telephone enquiries (and the telephone number) please press the When button. The drop-in sessions are run on a first-come first-served basis. You do not need to book in advance. You will meet an advisor in a private meeting room. The bureaux are located at several places around the Stroud District. For details of where they are and when they are open, please press the When and Where buttons to the left. Please have with you any relevant documents or letters. If you need a follow-up meeting, you will be offered an appointment. Exceptionally, you may be offered a home visit if you are not able to come to one of the bureaux. We apologise if you have to wait when calling by telephone or at our drop-in sessions, but we are a charity and have a limited number of trained advisors. |
